An Integrated Whole-Body Approach
Myofascial Release sessions are individualized to each person. We consider how you are at the moment of treatment, not how you felt yesterday or in the past. We work on what’s happening right now, today. MFR sessions bring awareness to and gently release stored patterns of tension held in your body.
During your session I consider your entire body in standing position and in laying. We will treat you where you feel your symptoms and we will also explore elsewhere for the cause of what you are feeling. Treating the cause of your discomfort will allow you the ability to get back to doing the things you love quicker and gain control of your life.
You will also learn how to treat yourself at home and take an active role in your healing journey!
